Politique d’expédition

We use Royal Mail delivery services, all products include free UK delivery and orders made before 5am are delivered within one to two working days. 

We ensure that all orders placed before 5am leave AF Imports dispatch within one to two days. From that point Royal Mail are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel. Should there be a delay or issue with delivery, please contact info@afimports.co.uk for help in resolving the problem. 

UK CUSTOMERS

Deliveries are posted via the Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked service. This usually takes one to two days to receive.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For European & USA we use DPD EXPRESS. Our Standard service charge for USA & European is £14.99. Orders made before 5am UK time are delivered within 4-5 working days. For the rest of the world our standard charge is £19.99 and delivered in 6-7 working days. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Most destinations are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means that all import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.  

The following regions are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid basis:
United Kingdom
Europe

Please note the Express service to United States, Australia, New Zealand and other international territories is not a Delivery Duty Paid service. Unfortunately we currently do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services to regions not listed previously. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.
